Camper & Facility Fees

 

Overnight Camper - $40 / camper / night

Day Camper - $20 / camper / day

Dining Hall - $200 / day

Required for groups over 40 unless otherwise agreed upon

Church - $250 / day

Mission Cottage - $150 / night

Used for leaders/speakers/families.

Deposits

Deposits are due prior to your stay and are what hold your spot on our calendar. They are non-refundable, but can be held and transferred to another reservation if your event needs to be moved.

 

Groups under 40 campers - $300

Groups >40 campers - $500

Mission Cottage - $100

Damages Costs

We recognize that while staying here accidents can happen. Upon your group’s check out the manager and group leader will complete a walkthrough of the facilities used. Any damages incurred to the facilities during your group’s stay will be noted and a plan for repair or replacement will be made with the visiting group.

Policies

We understand it can be challenging to know your exact camper number. However, in order for us to appropriately book our camp, once your reservation form is signed and turned into us, you will be responsible for paying for that number. Reservations are not finalized until the reservation form is submitted. 

If you would like to increase the number of campers, please contact us ahead of time. We cannot guarantee we will have space, but we will do our best!
