Start here. Be sure to give us as much information as you can about your group so we can best accommodate you. Once you submit your form we will reach out to you within 2 business days.

Send a deposit

We will send you an invoice with your deposit information. Groups under 40 require a $300 deposit. Groups over 40 require a $500 deposit.

Deposit checks can be made out to Camp Santa Cruz and mailed to us. If you would prefer to pay by card, please let us know and we will send you an invoice via Square. There will be a 3% service fee.

We also accept Zelle payments.

Submit your forms

Once we solidify your dates, please send us a copy of your tax exempt status as well as your certificate of insurance.

Sign your Invoice

Reservations are only complete once the invoice is signed and turned into us. Invoices will be sent via DocuSign.
